Wellness. Community. Joy

We come together as a community and reciprocally share ideas and solutions for human and environmental well-being.

Our spontaneous and traditional methods of alignment with life and community friendships include theatre, somatic practices and other holistic practices including food/art/literature and craft clubs, permaculture/Satat Krishi/Barah Anaja etc.

For aspirational youth we tap into decades of corporate experience and do Career Counselling. We share, educate, mentor and coach for entrance exams. Eg. NDA entrance, Nursing entrance, teacher training, and general personality and skill development for job readiness.

Our Mission and Vision

Our curated workshops are practices orchestrated from personal experiences with “somatic work,” “Theatre for Living,” and “Council of All Beings,” and corporate and personal relationships and experiences.

Our vision is for our bio-rhythms to beat in rhythm with nature, the planet, the universe. A connection that breathes wellness, community and joy. We educate seekers of wellness with traditional wellness practices that improve body literacy, self-awareness, and eventually bring holistic well-being.
